Charity lives and writes from her rural north Idaho home where she currently attends Gonzaga University's graduate program toward getting her Master's degree in Communications and Leadership. Charity graduated from the Baccalaureate program at Lewis-Clark State College at the Coeur d'Alene campus, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Communication and English. Charity's love of history and an interest in the paranormal led her to write what would become Night Cry, Charity's third novel, but the first that she has attempted to publish. The historical fantasy novel set in 1066 Scotland, England, and Normandy was released by Alchemagery & Libellus in October 2005. it is to be re-released alongside the sequel, A Night Borrowed, which is slated for release on October 1, 2009.
